Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Meisterwerk Racing Co ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

Customized and Bespoke Products

All our products are customized or bespoke, crafted specifically based on your specifications. Please ensure that all information provided during the ordering process is accurate and complete, as we rely on this information to create your unique wheel set.

Orders and Payment

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation detailing your purchase. A 50% deposit is required at the time of order placement, and we accept various payment methods via Paypal invoice.

No Cancellations or Modifications

Due to the personalized nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed and confirmed. Please review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase to ensure all details are correct.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship our products via sea freight, followed by UPS for final delivery, unless otherwise stated. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. We are not responsible if you reconsider your purchase after it has been completed. Please make your selections carefully.

Limited Warranty

Every product from Meisterwerk Racing Co. comes with a structural and finishing warranty of up to three years, depending on the product specifications. This warranty covers structural and finishing defects as long as the product is still owned by the original purchaser. The warranty is under the discretion of Meisterwerk Racing Co and is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. Installation fees and transportation costs are not covered by the warranty. Entire products are not eligible for replacement if only accessories are defective; any relevant accessories deemed defective will be repaired or replaced.

Not Covered by Warranty

• Damage resulting from neglect, abuse, misuse, or accidents.
• Products that have been altered or modified.
• Products installed on vehicles exceeding advised weight loads.
• Cosmetic defects due to abrasive cleaning chemicals.
• Discoloration due to neglect or improper maintenance.
• Aesthetic defects on products that have been mounted.
• Damage incurred during shipping or handling.

Refund & Return Policy

Every product from Meisterwerk Racing Co is manufactured on a made-to-order basis and built to each customer’s unique specifications. We will verify all specifications with you prior to manufacturing to ensure the products are built correctly. Custom products are not eligible for returns or refunds. The deposit will be non-refundable once the order is confirmed and the manufacturing process has started. If you receive an incorrect or defective product due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs and replace the product. Orders custom-built to your unique requirements (such as custom engravings, custom parts, sizing, and design modifications) cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstance.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meisterwerk Racing Co's limited structural warranty and limited finish warranty are its sole express warranties to eligible purchasers and are given in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, whether oral or written. All implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law. Meisterwerk Racing Co shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages for any breach of warranty or for any event, activity, or harm that may result from the use of any Meisterwerk Racing Co product. Our liability and the purchaser’s exclusive remedy are limited to repair or replacement of the product as stated in this limited warranty.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of our products. Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and products are the intellectual property of Meisterwerk Racing Co. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
